What exactly are binaural beats?
A binaural beat is an illusion created by the brain when you listen to two tones with slightly different frequencies at the same time. Binaural beats can be perceived in the frequency range of about 1-30 Hz.
For example, if you are listening to a 440 Hz tone in your left ear and a 444 Hz tone in your right ear, you would be hearing 4 Hz.
When you listen to binaural beats, your brain activity matches the frequency of the beat. You can use binaural beats to entrain your mind to reach a certain mental state, such as the ones shown in the photo.

Meet Adri
Adri (pronounced ay-dree) is a sound healer, musician, dancer and entrepreneur with a deep passion for healing, creativity and spirituality.
Music has always been a part of her life. Throughout middle school and high school she played clarinet and she’s been playing bass guitar since 2020.
After 8 years in the Marketing world, she knew there was more to life; that she was here for a special mission to help others. In 2021, she quit her corporate job to become self-employed. Adri started listening to binaural beats in 2020 for migraine relief and found that it worked a lot better than medication. Since then, she’s been a strong believer of holistic, natural cures to any ailments.
After experiencing the powerful benefits of binaural beats and learning about brainwave entrainment, she decided to make her own beats.
